G.R.’s Smokehouse Food Allergen Information:
Please be advised that food prepared at G.R.’s Smokehouse may contain these ingredients: MILK, EGGS, WHEAT, SOY, PEANUTS, TREE NUTS, FISH, SHELLFISH, and SESAME, as well as less common food allergens. G.R.’s Smokehouse takes precautions to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions, allowing our guests with food allergies to make informed food selections.
Despite these precautions, normal kitchen operations may involve shared cooking areas (including, but not limited to, foods cooked on common grills), food preparation areas, and utensils. Therefore, there is a possibility that your food items may come into contact with other food products, including allergens.
G.R.’s Smokehouse relies upon its suppliers to provide accurate allergen information for products used as ingredients in our menu items. All menu items are prepared fresh each day in our commissary and food truck, and there is always a risk of cross-contact with other allergens.

G.R.’s Smokehouse cannot eliminate the risk of cross-contact or guarantee that any menu item is free of any allergen. G.R.’s Smokehouse and its employees do not assume responsibility for any particular allergy or sensitivity to any food provided from our food truck. For more information regarding a particular menu item or ingredient, please ask the food truck staff.
According to the FDA, highly refined oils such as highly refined soybean oil are not considered major food allergens and therefore are not listed here. If you have an allergy, food sensitivity, or special dietary need, we recommend consulting with your physician prior to making a decision about whether or not to eat any G.R.’s Smokehouse product.
